Before & After School Program – SYI Rec Center 
Our Before & After School Program at the SYI Rec Center gives kids a safe, fun place to start and end their school day! Morning care makes drop-off easy before school, while after-school care provides a safe, engaging space until parents arrive.

Program Dates: Runs the entire school year—from the very first day of school to the last.

Registration: Sign-ups open August 1st each year. Spaces fill quickly, so families are encouraged to register early.

Hours: 6:30 - 8:45 AM & 2:45 - 6:00 PM

Days Off: We’re open on both half days and full days off from school, with extra activities planned to keep kids busy and happy.

Closures: Closed on federal holidays.
In addition to the Rec Center, we're proud to offer this program right at Colden Elementary.
What makes our program special?
Kids enjoy a variety of activities every day—arts and crafts, sports and games, themed projects, homework help time, and plenty of chances to relax and hang out with friends. Our staff creates a welcoming environment where children can unwind after a busy school day, stay active, and try new things.
